Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor to support sales, engineering, optimization and commissioning of process systems. You will mentor engineers, oversee daily tasks, set performance expectations, and ensure safety and environmental standards are followed.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, driving project deadlines, and coordinating with partners to deliver high-quality process solutions. Travel ~25% and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a related field.
• Process engineering background with emphasis on design, optimization and equipment configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Process Engineers to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and support pre-sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards across projects.
• Develop and review process diagrams, heat/mass balances, and equipment specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners for project execution.
