Responsibilities

• Learn and adopt manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize parameters for yield and cost.
• Train technicians in assembly techniques, inspection methods, and documentation.
• Generate clear work instructions, test methods, and visual standards.
• Support DOE studies and data collection for process characterization.
• Create data reports and data trend graphs to communicate findings.
• Assist engineers with prototype builds and root-cause investigations.
• Drive changes through GMP and quality systems.
