Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead design and delivery of process and utility systems for semiconductor and biopharmaceutical facilities. You will guide project execution, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality engineering solutions for complex projects.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with clients, and robust documentation from concept through construction closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with process systems in relevant industries.
• Experience leading process engineering deliverables and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of process and utility systems for industrial facility projects.
• Provide technical leadership across project phases and mentor teams.
• Develop and oversee engineering deliverables including design packages and calculations.
• Review and optimize P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping plans.
