Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Microelectronics, Mechatronic Engineering, or Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in microelectronics, semiconductor, or device manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establish high-yielding, cost-effective processes based on product need and customer requirements.
• Develop and document manufacturing techniques, materials, tools and processes for back-end semiconductor assembly.
• Develop DOE studies and apply statistical analysis to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor new members.
