Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide sustaining process engineering support for production of solar cell wafers and assemblies.
• Maintain process control using SPC; troubleshoot process anomalies and respond to manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and new product/process ideas to reduce cycle time and cost.
