Swift Solar Inc. is seeking a Process Technician for the swing shift on-site in our California facility. You will contribute to product development and metrology, building efficient, reliable modules and ensuring they meet customer requirements.

You will review plans with multiple shifts, work with engineers, and handle encapsulation and environmental tests, collecting data along the way. This role offers hands-on growth in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in a technical lab or field environment.
• Ability to follow complex instructions from scientists and engineers.
• Experience handling delicate samples and precise handwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance solar technology through product development and metrology.
• Collaborate with engineers to execute module builds and tests.
• Perform encapsulation, environmental testing, and data collection.
• Document observations and propose follow-up experiments; mentor new team members.
