Job summary

Solestial, Inc. in the United States seeks a Process Engineer – Solar Cell Module Manufacturing & Integration to develop, optimize, and implement production processes for solar modules.

You will collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Quality teams to translate designs into reliable, repeatable production methods. The role requires hands-on experience with DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and materials selection (polymers, adhesives, thermal interface materials, and electrical insulation).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in solar, semiconductor, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on in developing and implementing manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of materials selection and testing (polymers, adhesives, TIMs).

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes for solar cell module assembly and integration.
• Coordinate materials selection and process validation activities.
• Plan trials and qualification activities to improve yield and quality.
• Support transfer of designs from development to production.
