Qualifications

• BS in Chemical or Process Engineering required.
• 8–12 years in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience with polymers production preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production to hit weekly/annual goals and improve process efficiency.
• Lead daily maintenance and upgrading of the DCS; adjust recipes.
• Support capital projects; ensure safety, cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule repairs and plant turnarounds.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and internal policies.
• Participate in HAZOP studies and safety improvements.
