Job summary

Hexegen, a Texas-based advanced materials company and Nabors Industries subsidiary, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to own scale-up from pilot to commercial production. You will refine the system, optimize yield and throughput, and lead safety and quality initiatives on site in Tomball, TX.

Requirements include 7–12 years in chemicals or related sectors, a BA/BS in Chemical Engineering, experience with reactor systems, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of process engineering experience in chemicals, advanced materials, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience refining production systems for commercial readiness.
• Experience with reactor systems and unit operations.
• Strong familiarity with process safety practices (HAZOP/PHA, OSHA PSM).
• Fluency in English and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Finish the production-ready design and integrate supporting systems.
• Fine-tune pilot system to improve yield, throughput and quality.
• Scale pilot performance to commercial production with sizing and energy balances.
• Own process safety deliverables including relief sizing and safety information.
• Establish inline quality strategies to ensure product purity.
