You will drive uptime, yield and throughput through structured troubleshooting and preventive maintenance aligned with FormFactor processes. Key responsibilities include owning equipment, updating standard work, performing root‑cause analysis, supporting DOE and qualification activities, tracking KPIs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2+ years experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Ability to implement DOE and qualification activities for equipment changes.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned assembly/test tools and update standard work.
• Analyze issues with 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and CAPA.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering for process windows.
• Track uptime, FPY, and throughput; publish dashboards.
• Train operators on safe operations and preventive checks.
