Job summary

Cis-International-LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to independently direct characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues across operations, manufacturing, and capital projects. You will apply advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications and to present analyses for complex projects.

Expect to supervise a small team, develop interdisciplinary design documents, and coordinate with QA, validation, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes.
• Familiarity with validation processes.
• Familiarity with documentation in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to operate laboratory equipment and computers.
• Ability to apply GLPs and GMPs.
• Ability to apply engineering to production.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex or novel assignments requiring development of new engineering techniques.
• Develop engineering policies and procedures affecting multiple units.
• Supervise a small staff of engineers, associates and/or technicians.
• Employ advanced engineering techniques within area of expertise.
• Coordinate with related departments to develop requirements for large system modifications.
• Develop budgets for projects spanning multiple disciplines.
