Job summary
BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to independently lead characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operating issues across manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital project environments. The role requires applying advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications and experiments.
The Senior Engineer will develop, analyze, and present technical interpretations for complex operational challenges and engineering
Qualifications
- Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech processes and regulated documentation.
- Ability to interpret GLPs, GMPs in production environments.
- Experience leading complex engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering assignments with new techniques or procedures.
- Plan, design, and execute projects of varying complexity.
- Provide technical support for deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system modifications.
- Develop budgets and supervise engineers and technicians on projects.
