Job summary

ProQuality Network seeks a Senior Engineer in Juncos, Puerto Rico, to independently characterize process optimization strategies and troubleshoot complex operational issues across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects.

The role applies advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications, experiments, and capital projects, developing and presenting results and interpretations of engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotechnology processes.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP requirements and regulated documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Experience with validation processes, including protocol writing and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide and/or direct characterization of process optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot operational issues within operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects.
• Develop, organize, analyze, and present results related to engineering projects of significant scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects to completion.
