Job summary
ProQuality Network is seeking an Engineer to support process characterization, optimization, troubleshooting, and capital projects at their Juncos, PR site. The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering with 2+ years in GMP-regulated environments (pharma/biotech).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, or a Bachelor’s with 2+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma/medical device/biotech).
- Familiarity with validation, packaging equipment, and process characterization.
- Ability to apply engineering principles to production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Characterize processes and optimize production to reduce variability.
- Troubleshoot operations and support capital projects.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings.
- Validate protocols and support DOE studies.
- Collaborate with QA, Validation, Facilities and Manufacturing teams.
