Job summary

ProQuality Network in Puerto Rico seeks a Senior Engineer to independently lead process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex operations in manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital projects.

The selected professional will design and implement major system modifications, develop and present technical results, and manage projects with GMP/GLP expectations. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration across QA, Validation, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 4 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) processes.
• Experience with validation activities and validation protocols.
• Experience with packaging equipment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and novel engineering assignments requiring development or improvement of techniques, procedures, and methodologies.
• Develop engineering policies and procedures impacting multiple units.
• Apply engineering principles to a broad range of technical tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals.
• Communicate technical information effectively through reports and presentations.
