Job summary

The role requires expertise in Spunbond and Meltblown processes, collaboration with engineering teams, and translation of customer needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related field.
10 years’ experience or equivalent balance of Education/Experience.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Advanced understanding of statistical analysis tools and software.
Experience with nonwoven materials, Spunbond and Meltblown.
Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams of complex projects or manage mid-size to large projects.
Work independently with minimal guidance from senior engineers.
Apply a broad set of technical principles to design and manufacturing; drive improvements.
Provide mentoring and lead technicians or interns.
Review test protocols and analyze data to verify designs and performance.
Document work and create IP according to company procedures.
Develop schedules with cross-functional teams and secure buy-in.
