Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Engineer - Process Validation Support (PVS) to join our Manufacturing Science and Technology team in Wilson, NC. The MSAT engineer will support process validation, cleaning validation, equipment standardization, and Life Cycle Management for Biotherapeutics.

You will lead MSAT studies, develop protocols, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with FDA/EMEA regulations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality biologic

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SAP.
• Minimum 3 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsabilités

• Conduct MSAT activities per US/EU regulations and EHS&S requirements.
• Lead process improvement projects and investigations.
• Develop MSAT documentation (protocols, procedures, reports) and co-ordinate reviews.
• Review documents prepared by other MSAT colleagues.
• Field execution of MSAT protocols.
• Coordinate MSAT activities with contractors and vendors as required.
• Attend required training to fulfill the role.
• Participate in multi-functional teams (project, investigations) as required.
