Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines; strong prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MSAT activities in compliance with US and EU regulations and site procedures.
• Lead Thermal Validation activities including autoclave cycles and equipment qualifications.
• Develop MSAT documentation and coordinate review and approvals.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and contractors for efficient project execution.
• Prepare reports for completed protocols and manage change controls.
