Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MSAT Engineer Co-op to join the Manufacturing Science and Technology team in Wilson, NC. The Co-op will report to the MSAT Engineer and contribute to bioprocessing facility projects.

They will draft validation protocols, support validation studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, equipment standardization, and lifecycle management of commercial bioprocesses.

Qualifications

• A student must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College program throughout the entire duration of the internship.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs./week) with reliable transportation to and from work if asked to report on-site.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear, accurate validation protocols and summary reports.
• Support the execution of validation studies, including data collection and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and investigations.
• Coordinate MSAT activities and deliverables with contractors and vendors.
• Complete required technical, safety, compliance training for assigned responsibilities.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to build knowledge of biotechnology manufacturing and project execution; document action items.
