• Develop blend optimization strategies aligning with business plans
• Coordinate with other business units and stakeholders for optimization
• Monitor blend performance and drive corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate quality and production risks
• Partner with Data Analytics for monitoring tools
