Job summary

Amazon Manufacturing Services is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to lead a manufacturing process program across facilities.

You will plan space, line layouts, and equipment specs, while owning process readiness end-to-end and coordinating with operations, product engineering, supply chain, quality, and EHS to ensure safety, throughput, and quality. The role requires hands-on process depth and strong program leadership to drive priority setting, metric reporting, and cross-team problem solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, or 5+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience; experience with equipment suppliers and plants.
• Experience leading multi-site process programs and MES work instructions.
• Experience with quality controls, poka-yoke, and EHS reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory preparation, space planning and layout for new lines.
• Define equipment and tooling specifications and qualifications.
• Author MES work instructions and process documentation.
• Design quality controls and poka-yoke to ensure defect-free output.
• Perform EHS reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Lead a process engineering program and report metrics to leadership.
• Drive cross-team problem solving across functions.
