Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Six-Sigma or Lean certifications desirable.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, workflows, and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Participate on product and new process development teams, evaluating manufacturing feasibility and expenditures.
• Develop and implement manufacturing concepts and processes.
• Coordinate tooling and equipment allocations for new product implementations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance to implement process changes.
• Provide technical support to other teams and lead after-action reviews.
