Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Two to four years of experience as a Process Engineer is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in Six Sigma and Lean is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturing management to identify business needs and determine courses of action.
• Develop, assess, and implement techniques used in production to maximize operations.
• Lead or assist on complex projects within manufacturing operations, including providing updates and reporting on projects.
• Work closely with production staff to assist in corrections of products.
• Identify, define, and measure improvement opportunities for projects.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and reporting on systems output.
