Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related field with six or more years in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is desirable.
• Strong CAD skills with SolidWorks and GD&T proficiency.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support manufacturing process development and optimization for precision dental medical devices.
• Manage continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and lead engineering projects supporting manufacturing objectives, including automation and AI investigations.
• Collaborate with Technical Center on feasibility R&D and NPI projects.
• Prepare production-ready documentation: CAD models, shop floor drawings, BOMs, process routers, SOPs.
