Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking a proven Continuous Improvement leader to shape operations strategy. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and structured problem solving to drive sustainable improvements across processes, from productivity to quality and lead time.

In this role you will coach teams, run Kaizen events, develop charters and business cases, and quantify the financial impact of improvements to support scalable operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence.
• Strong statistical analysis skills (descriptive stats, hypothesis testing, regression, DOE).
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional improvement initiatives using DMAIC, Lean, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Develops charters, business cases, and implementation plans for CI projects.
• Quantifies and communicates operational and financial impacts of improvements.
