Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. (NYSE: FBIN) is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer for our New London manufacturing facility. You will develop and optimize advanced manufacturing processes, drive data-driven improvements, and lead a technical team to enhance OEE and safety.

The role offers growth within a world-class organization and exposure to state-of-the-art extrusion equipment. Requirements include a BS in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering and 5+ years in process

Qualifications

BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or similar.
5+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience.
Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, value stream mapping, Root Cause, 5Why.
Basic experience with project management tools.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Detailed knowledge in extrusion and material transfer.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust advanced manufacturing processes and process improvements.
Develop process documentation including one point lessons, visual aides, and work instructions.
Develop, lead, and execute data-driven process improvement projects focused on OEE and safety.
Apply engineering best practices across the site.
Lead shift process technicians directly and provide technical guidance to technical team leads indirectly.
