Job summary

POLYVANTIS is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to drive continual improvements across sheet extrusion operations. You will lead safety initiatives, optimize processes, and coordinate engineering projects to meet quality and cost targets.

The role requires strong collaboration with maintenance, production, and the commercial teams, with a focus on digitalization and sustainable practices across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical.
• 5-10 years of operations experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering.
• Knowledge of industry Quality Systems.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills. Team orientation.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook and other corporate software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of safety assurance through training and procedures.
• Provide technical directions to operators to maximize efficiency safely.
• Develop and execute product and process development schedules.
• Lead raw-material initiatives to improve cost and quality.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Maintain and update SOCs, SOPs and product specifications.
• Drive digitalization and sustain digital tools.
• Work with SAP transactions and coordinate engineering projects.
