Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with process improvement, CNC machining, 5S in ISO environments.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Use CNC machining experience to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Implement 5S and Lean improvements.
• Ensure processes comply with ISO standards and regulations.
