Job summary

Real Flame is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own and optimize the engineering processes across new product programs. You will ensure milestones and launch requirements are met, drive SOP improvements, and coordinate with design, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality fire features.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 3–6 years in product development, manufacturing/ process engineering or NPI.
• Experience with stage-gate or structured product development systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in furniture/outdoor living products or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development process and ensure milestones, reviews, and launch requirements are completed before progression.
• Lead engineering process reviews across concept, prototype, and launch phases to ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering standards, SOPs, and workflow efficiencies.
