Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Associate in Global Supply to support maintenance and reliability across a penicillin manufacturing site. You will help plan and improve preventative maintenance, review work orders, and support safety, quality, and capital projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Production and Quality teams to resolve issues and enhance equipment reliability. Overseeing contractor/vendor activities and contributing to risk analyses, you’ll operate in an on-site environment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience OR Master’s with 0+ years OR Associate with 6+ years OR high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in reliability-based maintenance practices.
• Ability to write clear, simple instructions.
• Demonstrated computer and technical skills.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and improve preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Review preventive/corrective work orders and support troubleshooting.
• Contribute to change controls and maintenance projects.
• Support contractor/vendor management and process invoices/purchase orders.
• Participate in RCFA and FMEA to update reliability plans.
• Perform GMP and EHS investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality on troubleshooting and equipment improvements.
• Promote safety and adhere to site procedures.
• Provide input on capital projects and maintenance requirements.
• Assist with maintenance document management and archival.
