Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Associate in the Global Supply division to help ensure that plants, utilities, buildings, and equipment run reliably. You will support preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in RCFA/FMEA to improve reliability.

This is an on-site role at a penicillin manufacturing facility with opportunities to contribute to capital projects and safety initiatives. The position requires a degree with relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years experience, or master's with 0+ years, or associate's with 6+ years, or HS diploma with 8+ years.
• Reliability-based maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to write clear, simple instructions and document maintenance history.
• Strong computer and technical skills; proficient in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance/Engineering in planning, overseeing and improving preventative maintenance.
• Review preventive/corrective work orders; provide troubleshooting and history review.
• Contribute to change controls and maintenance projects for continuous improvement.
• Assist with contractor/vendor management and invoicing/purchase orders.
• Participate in RCFA and FMEA to update reliability plans.
• Perform GMP and EHS investigations and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality on troubleshooting and equipment improvements.
• Promote safety and safe work culture on site.
• Input on capital project equipment selection and maintenance requirements.
• Support general facility maintenance and archival of documents.
