Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a food grade environment with high speed packaging equipment.
• At least 3 years of aseptic experience.
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and operation of new and modified processes and equipment.
• Assist with employee training, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to support reliable operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure procedures meet applicable company, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support for operational and environmental initiatives.
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment through continuous improvement.
