Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Process Engineering experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable spending time on the plant floor and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for manufacturing processes across assigned production lines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and KPI performance.
• Analyze equipment efficiency and support automation upgrades.
