• Ability to work flexible hours and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and equipment reliability improvements to meet plant objectives.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Manage capital and expense projects from concept through execution.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to solve operational challenges.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Introduce industry best practices and reliability technologies.
• Support budgeting, planning, and long‑term operational strategies.
