The role focuses on applying process improvement methods to enterprise-level processes and coordinating cross-team engineering efforts to ensure seamless integration across programs.

Requirements include ten years of process improvement experience, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of process improvement experience on programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Within the last ten years, five years in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all acquisition phases.

Responsibilities

• Applies PI and engineering methods to improve enterprise-level processes and align cross-team activities.
• Coordinates transfer of new processes to project teams and facilitates knowledge transfer.
