Qualifications

• 10 years of process improvement experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business from an accredited college.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of new processes and practices to project teams.
• Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.
