Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with process engineering and capital projects.
• Familiarity with quality systems, PSM, RC-14001, and cGMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce variability and cost.
• Support capital projects and start-up activities.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing procedures and safety systems (PSM, RCA, JSA, Halal, RSPO, cGMP).
• Collaborate with R&D during development and scale‑up of new products/processes.
• Enter production records into SAP and monitor cost variances.
