Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related experience required.
• At least 10 years of process engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience using Aspen process modeling to evaluate performance.
• Experience with distillation and chemical reaction processes; dehydrogenation/alkylation preferred.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve existing processes and workflows.
• Design, implement, and test new procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Operations to update SOPs and support process development.
• Prepare and analyze process data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead or support capital projects and cross-functional teams.
