Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a global industrial technology company to recruit a Cement Plant Engineer. The role supports production, quality, and environmental functions in a cement plant with strong focus on safety and process improvement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of cement plant experience, and proficiency in Excel, Access, IP21, SAP, and SPC. Excellent communication skills are essential, with preferred backgrounds in Chemical or Automation Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, field of study preferred: Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of cement plant experience.
• Strong computer expertise in Excel, Access, IP21, SAP, and SPC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the plant's production, quality, and environmental functions.
• Coordinate and participate in improvement of the Plant's technical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
• Serve as coach / mentor to CP's in process and other departments.
