Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Cement Plant Supervisor to oversee daily production of cement, clinker and raw mix in a high-volume facility. The role emphasizes safety, process monitoring from a central control point, and leadership of a shift team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cement manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, and a technical background in mechanical or electrical fields. Standort: New York area; competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in cement manufacturing or related industry.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical Field/Mechanical/Electrical field of study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all subordinates are working and promoting safety at all times.
• Oversees consistent production of all cement, clinker and raw mix within established quality guidelines.
• Monitors all plant process systems and related auxiliary equipment from a central location.
• Provides field supervision, maintains good labor relations, develops subordinates.
• Optimizes equipment utilization in cooperation with the process and maintenance departments.
