RH Aero Systems is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development of manufacturing processes for parts and assemblies. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost across production lines.

Responsibilities include delivering process documentation, creating routes and instructions, and guiding cross-functional teams to resolve producibility issues while applying lean methods to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, aerospace, or industrial engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in quality or related fields; aerospace preferred; automotive or related industries considered.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading teams.
• 3+ years as organizational focal point for government compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of manufacturing processes for parts/assemblies.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Create part and assembly routing to optimize efficiency and cost.
