You will lead the design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization of manufacturing equipment, drive CI and root-cause analysis, and support capital projects. Join a highly automated, expansion-focused facility with cross-functional collaboration across Production,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Experience in food, beverage, pharma or other high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens and/or Rockwell controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing equipment.
• Drive CI and root-cause analysis around equipment capability, efficiency, utilization, downtime, and recurring production losses.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, process scale-ups, validation, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process specifications, CAPAs, change controls, preventive maintenance strategies, and regulatory documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain
