Job description

Partnering with a multi-national CDMO that is investing in growth across a full range of services on a global level, we are now supporting a key facility in Missouri upgrade and expand existing fill-finish and packaging lines.

Over the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, there are a number of critical capital investment projects underway, including upgrading equipment, installing new lines advancing technological capability.

For this critical hire, the business is looking to bring in Process Engineering expertise specifically around sterile and aseptic fill-finish and packaging lines. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and implanting new processes, using your experience of the equipment and the type of pharmaceutical manufacturing, providing internal expertise to the wider engineering and operations group.

Coming from an inspection-ready perspective you will bring a problem-solving approach and be comfortable working in the fast paced, ever-changing CDMO setting.
