Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation in Chandler, AZ seeks a senior process/device engineer to manage foundry technology deliverables for product design and roadmap alignment. You will guide design teams on process options and power device usage, and collaborate on tape-out through DRC reviews and reliability assessments.

Required are 10+ years in semiconductor process/device roles, strong foundry interaction, and deep expertise in HV MOSFETs, BJT and analog mixed-signal contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Semiconductor industry as a process/device engineer or foundry interface engineer.
• Experience dealing with foundries on various process technologies is a must.
• Expertise in semiconductor devices including process development, device characterization, simulation and wafer level reliability.
• Experience with High voltage power MOSFETs, BJT and other passive devices and wafer level reliability.
• Experience with Analog mixed signal design support on process technology and spice modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with Foundries to deliver process technology for product design and roadmap.
• Guide design teams on process technology options and best practices for power devices.
• Collaborate on DRC reviews and layout checks for successful tape-out.
• Develop process documentation and test structures to evaluate devices and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical role model.
