Job summary

Cencora is seeking a senior scientific/program leader to develop projects and guide experimental strategies. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing programs, and delivering on milestones within a regulated setting.

The position is a term contract on site in Juncos, PR, with potential shifts and extended hours to support project demands. PhD or equivalent with substantial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate PhD plus 2 years of scientific/engineering experience or Masters with 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's with 7 years of experience in scientific/engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific projects and cross-functional programs.
• Guide major programs as lead scientific/technical resource.
• Communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
