Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years of scientific or engineering experience, or a Master’s with 5 years, or a Bachelor’s with 7 years.
• Extensive experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific projects and teams to achieve milestones.
• Provide guidance on scientific/technical issues within the function.
• Communicate results to senior management and external scientific community.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP and SOPs throughout the project lifecycle.
