Qualifications

• Education required: PhD + 2 years or Masters + 5 years or Bachelors + 7 years in scientific/engineering fields.
• Lead and manage PD projects with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management.
• Apply lean six sigma and operational excellence to projects and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD projects with cross-functional impact.
• Guide major programs to successful completion as lead scientific/technical resource.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory requirements across projects.
• Coach and motivate team members and manage project plans and milestones.
• Communicate scientific information to diverse audiences, including senior management.
