Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Regulatory Project Manager - Animal Health in the United States to lead and coordinate complex regulatory programs across client systems. The role focuses on delivering regulatory execution, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, with a background in regulatory affairs or operations within Animal Health or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing regulatory affairs or regulatory operations projects.
• Experience within Animal Health, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical products preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client programs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. regulatory project activities across multiple client programs.
• Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, access requests, and operational readiness activities.
• Facilitate communication between U.S. and global regulatory teams.
• Support labeling, regulatory operations, product stewardship, and lifecycle management activities.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution.
• Support business development and proposal activities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, Commercial teams.
