Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks an engineer to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles in broad assignments, ensuring internal and external customers' expectations are met or exceeded.

You will develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing, optimize lines, and lead cross-functional projects with moderate scope and impact. You may supervise up to 4–5 technicians or associate engineers, coaching teams toward excellence.

Qualifications

• Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS), safety, environmental and security requirements including FDA regulations and company procedures.
• Develop and lead projects to advance Integer's technological capabilities.
• Investigate internal or external technology trends and recommend best practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments to meet customer and internal expectations.
• Develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective results.
• Identify existing or develop new process and equipment technology; characterize and optimize processes and validate manufacturing lines.
• Plan and develop engineering projects with significant impact on major programs; lead cross-functional teams with moderate scope and risk.
• Origin and review documents such as protocols, reports, specifications, and work Instructions; supervise up to 4–5 technicians/associate engineers.
