Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies (green belt minimum).
• Strong problem solving, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments and related fields.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop new approaches, evaluate technologies, and contribute to policy and documentation.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering

5+ years of progressive engineering

Six Sigma green belt (or higher)
